However, it is a real nice looking card and is quite unique. This card is from the Chosen One subset from the 2005-06 Topps Chrome basketball card set.
This card is officially called the Jenny McCarthy 2005-06 Topps Chrome Chosen One Jeans Relic Refractor card. WOW! That is a mouthful.
It is card #CO-JM and is serial numbered to only 99 cards produced. The serial number is 23/99.
The back of this card reads “CONGRATULATIONS! You have just received an authentic Celebrity-worn Jeans card of Jenny McCarthy from 2005-06 Topps Chrome Basketball.”
