Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson had some epic head-to-head battles in the mid 1980’s.
It all came to a head as the Bulls and Lakers faced off in the 1991 NBA Finals. Jordan went on to beat Magic and LA in that series as Michael got his first of many NBA Championships.
Upper Deck noticed this great match up between these two great players. That is why they included a “Classic Confrontation” series in their 1991-92 Basketball trading card set.
